- I have had several symptoms that were not alleviated after the 300mg Quetiapine dose. The first side effect was a rash that I started to feel on the first day, I started to feel better about a week later. I also noticed that I was taking too much Seroquel. I have been on Seroquel for the past 3 months. I have taken 300mg and I have noticed my blood pressure has gone down a little. I am now taking 600mg of Seroquel. I am having a headache and feeling a bit dizzy. I'm taking 50mg of Seroquel daily.
I am also taking Quetiapine 300mg twice daily. I was wondering if it would be safe to take a higher dose of Seroquel. I have been on it for several months and I have noticed that I am getting better with it. I am not sure if it is safe to take a higher dose of Seroquel at all. I have also been on Quetiapine for several years and my blood pressure has not gone down. I am hoping to start this again soon, I just want to know if there is a way I can safely take it without side effects. I appreciate any help.
